Your Place Resort Chaweng , Chaweng (Koh Samui)

I had a really disappointing stay at this resort. The location was great, but the cabin I booked was not what I expected and the cleanliness left much to be desired. While the bed sheets were clean, the overall condition of the bathroom was terrible, overrun with ants and cockroaches. The service was unreliable since there was no one around at night to help with issues like power outages, and I was also let down by the dining experiences.

My experience at the resort started off on a high note, as I booked a private hut for a good price, but it quickly turned into a letdown. The hut itself didn’t match the pictures online and had several issues, including a lack of electricity and a dirty bathroom overrun by insects. However, the location was nice and clean sheets were provided, which was appreciated.

I had a wonderful time at Your Place Resort in Koh Samui. The beach bungalows are great value for money and the atmosphere is so incredibly relaxed that I ended up extending my stay! The location is perfect, being close to lively areas but still maintaining a peaceful vibe. However, some facilities could use a bit more upkeep, and certain rooms may have had occasional issues with cleanliness.

I had high hopes for this resort, especially being right on the beach, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, the condition of the accommodations left much to be desired. The location is excellent with lots of nearby amenities, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms need improvement to truly reflect the price point.
